Your Responsibilities
- Central operational point of contact for customers from the Agriculture and Environment business area
- Recording, analysis, and coordination of customer requirements from inquiry to implementation
- Ensuring service quality as well as monitoring and further development of agreed service levels
- Steering internal and external stakeholders in ongoing service operations
- Coordination of escalations and incidents until a sustainable solution is found
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships through transparent, proactive communication
- Continuous optimization of service processes and workflows
Your Profile
- Completed degree in (Business) Computer Science, Engineering, or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in Service Delivery Management, IT Service Operations, or Project Management
- In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes and understanding of business contexts
- Strong communication and assertiveness skills in dealing with customers and interdisciplinary teams
- Structured, solution-oriented approach and high level of service and customer orientation

- 38.7 hours per week in full-time, flexible hours from 5 AM to 11 PM, up to 80% remote work
