Your Responsibilities:

• You are responsible for investigating and analyzing security incidents based on log events and security reports.
• You will support the development and implementation of measures to defend against cyber threats.
• You will handle the processing of security incidents and initiate incident response measures.
• You will develop Security Information and Event Management solutions and implement measures for threat detection (SIEM use case development, expansion of the cyber security solution landscape).

Your Profile:

• You have successfully completed an IT vocational training, a technical degree in cyber security, computer science, or a comparable qualification.
• You have already gained professional experience in IT security or a Security Operations Center (SOC).
• You have knowledge in the following or comparable fields:
  • Technical understanding of SIEM infrastructures and SOC processes.
  • System and network administration.
  • Cloud security.
  • Endpoint, network, and IT security solution landscape.
• You have expertise in client and server operating systems (Windows/Linux).
• You work result-oriented with a high degree of motivation and enthusiasm and possess strong resilience to stress.
• Your above-average analytical skills help you to master complex issues.
• You bring your very good communication skills in German and English, as well as your talent for communicating with the target audience, especially regarding collaboration with various teams and hierarchical levels.
• Ideally, you have technical understanding of Advanced Persistent Threats (APT), Threat Intelligence, Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence, and Penetration Testing Red Teaming.
