Your Responsibilities

As part of the Quality Analytics team within Quality Assurance, we contribute to portfolio development through a range of services. By analyzing data and evaluations, we gain valuable insights into the quality of our products. We look forward to your support during your studies in this area.

• You will support us in preparing and conducting customer satisfaction surveys during the test phases of new products.
• You will be actively involved in planning and executing installation campaigns and the customer hotline.
• You will help us organize and design events.
• You will contribute to the creation of presentations and communication measures.
• You will support us in projects and independently take on smaller sub-projects.

Your Profile

• You are studying business administration, economics, or a comparable degree program with the desire to apply theoretical knowledge in practice.
• You are proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
• You have the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new programs.
• Your conceptual, analytical, and strategic thinking skills are applied effectively through an independent, reliable, and meticulous way of working.
• Good organizational skills, team spirit, and very good communication skills characterize you.
