We are looking for a Salesforce Trainer to support our Salesforce Administration course and help our participants make their way into the digital world.

The Digital Career Institute (DCI) is seeking an English-speaking Salesforce Trainer / Instructor for our online course, which includes live sessions in the mornings from Monday to Thursday.

Our English-speaking Salesforce Administration course includes ready-made slide decks for theory delivery and detailed information on practical applications.

In addition to Salesforce fundamentals, our topics include:

  • CRM concepts and data models
  • Salesforce platform basics and configuration
  • Automation tools (e.g., Flows, Process Builder)
  • Reports & Dashboards, and User & Data Management

Your Purpose

Your Tasks

  • Deliver course content with a strong focus on hands-on experience, empowering students to become digital pioneers.
  • Guide students through the Salesforce Administrator certification track, ensuring they gain practical skills to qualify for roles such as Admin, Consultant, or Analyst.
  • Support students in developing confidence with real-world tasks like report building, automation, user management, and platform customization -- all within a no-code environment.
  • Act as a mentor and advisor, helping students understand business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
  • Build a trust-based and growth-oriented relationship with your students through consistent feedback and support.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the curriculum by sharing feedback, ideas, and best practices with the team.
  • Inspire learners with your industry knowledge and enthusiasm for Salesforce and digital transformation.

Your Skills

  • Successfully completed studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field - or equivalent vocational training with a strong Salesforce background.
  • Several years of professional experience working with Salesforce (Administrator, Consultant, or similar role).
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Sales/Service Cloud, automation, reporting, user and permission management.
  • Ideally certified as Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) - additional certifications are a plus.
  • Strong passion for Salesforce and digital transformation - we want your enthusiasm to be contagious!
  • Experience in teaching, mentoring, coaching, or conducting workshops is a plus.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills, and a high degree of empathy and interpersonal sensitivity.
  • Excellent presentation skills to convey complex topics in an understandable and engaging manner.
  • Fluency in English (C1 level or higher) is required.
