Your Role: Application Specialist Radiology (m/f/d) - Homeoffice Possible (Germany)

For the German-speaking region (Homeoffice possible), we are looking for you as an Application Specialist Radiology (m/f/d).
Your Responsibilities:
- Primarily support of our solutions for Radiological Information Systems (ORBIS RIS) and Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (DeepUnity PACS).
- Independent implementation, configuration, and maintenance of our software solutions in the aforementioned areas.
- Analysis and workflow optimization of customer processes.
- User and administrator training, both remote and on-site.
- Creation of customer-specific training materials and project documentation.
- Collaboration with product development, product management, project management, sales, and support.
Your Profile:
- Completed university degree in IT, medical technology, or medical informatics, or a completed apprenticeship as an MTR or IT specialist with relevant professional experience.
- Strong communication skills, confident demeanor, and personal persuasiveness.
- Team player with an independent, analytical, structured, and service-oriented work approach.
- Deep understanding of processes in clinics and radiological institutes.
- Experience in planning, implementing, and supporting Healthcare IT systems (KIS/RIS/PACS) is advantageous – e.g., as an RIS administrator, PACS administrator, or ORBIS administrator.
- Good knowledge of workflows and standards in radiology (DICOM, HL7, IHE) is desirable.
- Ideally, IT knowledge in common operating systems and MS Office products.
- Willingness to travel and enjoyment of project work. A valid driver's license is required.
- Enthusiasm for continuous development.
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
