Responsibilities

Design and implement solutions using Vertex AI
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support model development and deployment
Contribute to the development of Conversational AI workflows, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
Ensure systems are scalable, secure, and reliable in production environments

Requirements

Proven hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Vertex AI
Strong track record deploying machine learning models into production
Experience implementing or supporting Conversational AI solutions, ideally involving:
- Agent Assist tools
- DialogFlow
- Metadata filtering and boosting in data stores
- RAG architecture and evaluation strategies
Practical knowledge of LLMs (Large Language Models) in real-world use cases
English-speaking
