Responsibilities

• Company Building: Be part of the core team and support us in establishing deinetuete as a leading provider of sustainable, custom-printed to-go packaging in Europe.
• New Customer Acquisition: Identify and acquire new B2B customers -- primarily in the gastronomy, hotel, and retail sectors -- through various channels (phone, email, social media).
• Lead Generation: Unlock new customer potential and fill the sales funnel with qualified leads that align with our sustainable mission.
• Customer Retention: Nurture and develop existing customer relationships to build long-term partnerships and leverage cross-selling opportunities.
• Strategy Development: Work on creative sales strategies to increase brand awareness and enter new markets.
• Teamwork: Collaborate closely with management, marketing, and supply chain to develop customer-centric solutions and ensure optimal order processing.

Qualifications

• Sales Experience: You have initial sales experience. Alternatively, you are a motivated career changer with a strong sales mentality.
• Sociability: You are a communication talent and can quickly build new relationships, whether by phone, email, or in person. Long-term customer loyalty is a matter of course for you.
• Company Building: You want to actively shape the company and enjoy developing deinetuete further as a market leader for sustainable to-go packaging.
• Persuasiveness: You can inspire customers and are not afraid to present sustainable packaging solutions as a real added value.
• Structured & Independent Work Style: You are well-organized, work independently, and keep track of your tasks and goals -- even in a dynamic start-up environment.
• Digital Affinity: You are proficient with CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive), MS Office, and digital tools.
• Passion for Branding: You are enthusiastic about strong brands in the food sector and understand how custom packaging influences a company's perception and success.
• German is your native language.
