Your Tasks

• Share Knowledge: Contribute your knowledge and skills in accounting, business administration, DATEV, or IT to our courses and help our participants achieve their learning goals.
• Design Teaching Content: Creatively and practically design your tutorial sessions. Whether you use existing materials or develop your own content, you will create an engaging and sustainable learning process.
• Counseling and Support: Be available to advise and support participants with questions and challenges to enable them to achieve the best learning success.

Your Qualifications

• Technical Expertise: You have technical expertise: You are in the 5th semester of your Bachelor's degree or already in your Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a comparable field of study.
• Work Experience: Ideally, you already have experience in imparting knowledge or similar topics and can pass on your knowledge in a practical and understandable way.
• Joy of Teaching: You enjoy imparting knowledge and can explain even complex topics in a relaxed and understandable manner.
• Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable with digital teaching methods and use modern tools to make your content interactive and engaging.
• Strong Communication Skills: You get along well with different people and can present your knowledge excitingly online.
