Your Responsibilities:
- Operational handling and support of worldwide project cargo and general cargo shipments
- Organization of related transports by truck, rail, or inland waterway vessel
- Handling inquiries and rate negotiations
- Customer support and business development
- Communication with global business partners, agents, and service providers
Your Profile:
- Completed training as a Logistics Specialist (f/m/d) or Shipping Merchant (f/m/d)
- Operational experience in freight forwarding, ideally in project cargo / general cargo
- Very good English skills, both written and spoken
- Strong organizational skills with a "good dose of creativity" and motivation
- High customer orientation and "hands-on" mentality: You are eager to make a difference!
