Intern (Logistics, Product Operations)

Job Description

• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of support documentation, including FAQs and troubleshooting guides.
• Provide excellent support to both internal teams and external customers, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Support the roll-out of new products and features in your region which are aimed at improving our users' experience, business performance and operational efficiency.
• Conduct analysis to optimize product performance, monitor and review the results of A/B tests to inform decision-making processes.
• Provide management with regular performance reports, insights and presentations.
• Interact with and support our operations stakeholders.

Qualifications

• You've already gained your first experience in SQL.
• Highly passionate about solving business problems with data and statistical knowledge.
• You have an eye for details.
• Independent and rigorous working style.
• You are a team player and love to think outside the box.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
