Job Description

Your Tasks

Central interface between departments, stakeholders, and sales statistics - with the aim of clearly understanding, cleanly documenting, and successfully implementing requirements.
Creative power for data & processes: From technical conception and support of technical implementation to testing and quality assurance.
Impetus for modern reporting: Validation of existing reports, development of new reporting approaches, and preparation of decision-relevant insights for management.
Active role in projects: Technical project management, coordination with relevant departments, and support in the introduction of innovative BI tools and regulatory requirements.
Expertise that creates added value: Conducting ad-hoc analyses, explaining complex key figures, and carrying out practice-oriented training for users.

Your Profile

Completed degree in business administration or comparable qualification, as well as a strong ability for strategic analysis and understanding of technical contexts.
Experience in requirements management as well as knowledge in business analysis, process documentation, and technical specification - ideally supplemented by insurance knowledge.
Strong analytical competence with a passion for numbers-oriented work, quantitative evaluations, and a high willingness to familiarize yourself with remuneration models and sales key figures.
Conceptual and self-reliant work, quick comprehension, and high reliability in the implementation of technical topics.
Strong communication and social skills, paired with teamwork, commitment, problem-solving competence, and a high degree of initiative.
