We are looking for you to support our Application/Contract 2 team in the Health Insurance department!

We support our customers fairly, competently, and reliably – in situations that are personal and important. For this, we need people like you: committed, service-oriented, and with a passion for helping others.

This interesting position is initially limited to two years.

You will also be jointly responsible for contract management, including the associated correspondence.
You will give our customers and sales partners a good feeling through qualified and appreciative telephone support.

Your Profile

Completed vocational training as an Insurance and Finance Salesperson (m/f/d) or equivalent training.
Confident use of PC and MS Office applications.
A high degree of independence and resilience (also in telephone communication) as well as a confident and convincing demeanor.
Independent and responsible work ethic.
Strong service orientation, commitment, and empathy.
