Afterwards, you work with a Senior Engineer on implementing an AWS infrastructure – learning hands-on how to configure VPCs, optimize EC2 instances, or set up RDS databases.\n\nThe morning is often characterized by practical project work, where you participate as a full team member in client projects – whether it's configuring EC2 instances, deploying applications, or implementing monitoring solutions. You work closely with Senior Engineers, receive continuous mentoring, and can ask questions directly when you encounter challenges. An important part is also participating in client meetings as an observer and active contributor to understand how technical requirements are analyzed while contributing your own implementation experience.\n\nIn the afternoon, you focus on independent implementation work: you develop monitoring dashboards with CloudWatch, write Python scripts for cloud automation, or test Terraform deployments in sandbox environments. You work closely with various team members and learn different working methods and approaches. Your 1:1 mentoring sessions also take place weekly, where your progress is discussed, challenges are addressed, and your career goals are planned.\n\nYou flexibly end the day, either with documentation work on the day's projects, participating in voluntary learning sessions such as AWS Study Groups or Team Tech Talks, or using the time for self-study, where you study AWS documentation and work on your next certification.
