Product Manager (m/f/d) for IT Office Infrastructure

Your Responsibilities

• You are the contact person for IT projects related to infrastructure, for the strategic orientation of communication tools, such as video conferencing systems, and for the IT office infrastructure of the employees.
• You are responsible for budget planning and cost control and monitor the profitability and future viability of the products through meaningful reporting.
• You take strategic responsibility for the vision and roadmap of the products and further develop the products technically.
• You create and prioritize the product backlog and take over the sprint planning as well as the acceptance of the sprint goals.
• For larger projects, you delegate responsibility for the technical implementation to the project manager.
• You ensure uniform standards for the products of the same task fulfillment.
• You accompany the introduction of new products and services until they are adopted into the established IT service desk and operational processes and ensure quality here.

Your Profile

• You have a successfully completed (technical) university degree in (business) informatics, business administration, economics or equivalent in-depth experience.
• Your German language skills are at C2 level.
• You have sound knowledge and/or several years of professional experience in the Modern Workplace environment (incl. common tools & hardware) as well as in agile project methodology.
• Your knowledge of Microsoft 365 components is up to date, you are familiar with all functions and have practical experience in administration.
• Ideally, this know-how can be proven by certificates obtained.
• With your in-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace, you are confident in recording and prioritizing customer requirements and creating designs.
• You have experience with documentation and project management systems (e.g. Jira and Confluence) and can translate requirements and tasks into EPICs.
• Ideally, you also have experience in creating business cases.
• You have very good analytical and conceptual skills and have a structured, independent and proactive way of working.
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills and strong facilitation skills, including successful collaboration with external service providers and organizations.
• You combine a very high sense of responsibility and assertiveness with a strong solution and service orientation.
• In addition to pragmatic implementation skills, you are decisive with regard to new product features or those to be implemented.
