Web Developer (Salesforce Focus)

Your mission

We're seeking a skilled Web Developer who will help strengthen our development team. In this position, you'll work on web applications while also having the opportunity to develop expertise in Salesforce. You'll collaborate closely with our Head of Engineering and System Architect to build scalable, maintainable, and high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and other developers to implement new features
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
• Debug and troubleshoot software issues effectively
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to overall code quality
• Develop and maintain system integrations through our custom Azure-based middleware solution, connecting both internal systems (including Salesforce) and external platforms such as banking interfaces, payment processors, and third-party APIs
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our integration architecture built on Microsoft Azure
• Learn and contribute to Salesforce development projects (Apex and LWC)
• Work within our agile development process, including Kanban planning and retrospectives

Your profile

• At least 2 years experience in Web Development (JavaScript)
• Experience with modern web technologies and frameworks
• Experience with DevOps processes & Version Control systems (any Git-based system and automated deployment tools)
• Experience working in agile teams and tools (JIRA, Kanban)
• Experience with building applications on Microsoft Azure or other similar cloud platforms
• Experience or openness to learn developing on the Salesforce Platform (Apex similar to Java, LWC similar to JavaScript Web Components)
• Fast-paced learner with ability to quickly adapt to new technologies
• Strong teamplayer with excellent collaboration skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• B2 German language skills and fluent in English
