Your Mission

You will work closely with our Head of Sales and take on operational tasks in day-to-day sales. These include:

Active contact and relationship management

  • Contacting leads and potential new contacts by phone and in writing
  • Establishing and maintaining customer contacts
  • Regular communication with sales contacts at our technology partner
  • Following up on inquiries, offers, and open issues

Coordination & organization

  • Scheduling appointments for initial meetings, follow-ups, or further appointments
  • Supporting the maintenance of our sales pipeline
  • Preparing relevant information for customer meetings
  • Creating offers based on templates or in consultation with the Head of Sales
  • Preparing presentations and documents for demos and pitches
  • Maintaining CRM data and assisting with sales documentation

Sales support

  • Preparing quotations based on templates or in consultation with the Head of Sales
  • Preparing presentations and documents for demos and pitches
  • Maintaining CRM data and assisting with sales documentation

Your Profile

We are not looking for fully-fledged professionals, but rather people who are motivated, willing to learn, and good communicators.

  • Enjoy interacting with people---on the phone, via video, or in writing.
  • Open, friendly, and confident manner.
  • Structured and reliable way of working.
  • Initial experience in service-oriented activities (e.g., as a host/hostess, promotion, catering, reception, customer service, or similar) is helpful but not essential
  • Interest in technology, consulting, or software topics
  • Very good German and English skills
