Become part of our team and help shape the future of the highway!\n\n## Your Role\n\nTo support our Fach-IT-Architektur team within the IT Requirements Management department, we are looking for an IT-Business Partner (w/m/d) to join us as soon as possible on a permanent basis at one of our locations in Berlin, Essen, Frankfurt am Main, or Dresden.\n\nThe goal of the Fach-IT-Architektur team is to provide Autobahn employees with the digital tools they need to perform their tasks. By using innovative technologies and optimizing existing processes, the performance of the business units is to be increased.\n\n## Your Responsibilities Include:\n\n* Design and expand the business IT architecture for business capabilities level "1" and set standards for applications and processes.\n* Advise and manage the business side as an IT Business Partner and be responsible for IT solutions throughout their entire lifecycle.\n* Lead complex, strategically relevant IT projects – including resource planning, risk management, and change measures.\n* Analyze and evaluate technical and economic solution approaches through feasibility studies according to the federal government's WiBe concept and cost-benefit analyses.\n* Manage products/IT services as a technical product manager and IT service owner in the lifecycle in tandem with the business product manager and a cross-functional product team.\n* Ensure compliance with architectural and security specifications and the conformity of application design.\n* Report on and be responsible for project budgets and present results appropriately to decision-makers.\n\n## Your Profile:\n\n* Completed degree in (Business) Informatics or a similar field, or a comparable qualification with relevant expertise, preferably also in road construction.\n* Several years of experience, ideally more than four years, in IT project management and/or IT domain architecture in the road construction sector and in leading complex, strategic IT projects.\n* Proven practical experience as an IT Business Partner with confident lateral leadership in interdisciplinary teams.\n* Deep technical knowledge in application landscapes, lifecycle management, architecture governance, and standardization.\n* Familiarity with economic efficiency assessments (WiBe) and feasibility studies in the public sector context.\n* Very good German language skills, both written and spoken; additional language skills are welcome.\n\n## Desirable Qualifications:\n\n* Certifications in methods such as PMI, PRINCE2, Scrum, or comparable.\n* Knowledge of relevant industry software: ArcGIS, Allplan, Vestra Infravision, Card 1, RIB Civil, Soundplan, or comparable.\n* Methodological and technical experience with BIM projects.\n* Experience with current regulations and standards in the road construction sector.\n\n## Your Strengths:\n\n* Communication and Presentation: You communicate effectively and confidently in workshops, with business departments, and management, and present yourself professionally.\n* Teamwork: You are a true team player and support colleagues beyond your immediate responsibilities.\n* Responsibility: You readily take on responsibility, independently seek solutions, and drive their implementation.\n* Structured Approach: You possess a structured and methodical approach and a high commitment to quality.\n\n## Compensation and Benefits:\n\n* Selection will be made by a commission.\n* Remuneration Group: E14\n* Remuneration is in accordance with the above-mentioned remuneration group.
