About the Role

Join the Digital Career Institute! We are expanding our SAP development course offerings (ABAP/S4 HANA) and seeking an experienced professional to help develop and implement a new curriculum.

As an SAP Trainer (employed or freelance), you will play a key role in building our training programs in a high-demand field, enabling individuals to start attractive careers.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and structure a practical curriculum for SAP ABAP programming and S/4 HANA.
• (Optional, post-curriculum development): Prepare learning content didactically for participants with little to no SAP experience.
• Teach fundamental to advanced topics, including data modeling, interfaces, customizing, and migration.
• Collaborate closely with our pedagogical team to create a modern, interactive, and learner-centered course.
• (Optional): Continuously update content based on labor market and SAP community demands.
• (Optional): Conduct teaching in online live sessions.

Your Skills

• Several years of professional experience as an SAP Developer (ABAP, S/4 HANA).
• Experience in training, knowledge transfer, or curriculum design is advantageous.
• Excellent knowledge of ABAP Objects, SAP S/4 HANA, and ideally Fiori/UI5.
• Enjoy conveying complex topics in an understandable and practical manner.
• Didactic skills, patience, and enthusiasm for working with people in further education.
• Very good German or English language skills (working language is flexible).
