Teacher/Lehrer (m/w/d) Online Marketing

Your Responsibilities

• Teaching digital marketing, content creation, and AI automation content, including live online sessions covering fundamental and advanced topics.
• Didactically sound execution of modules in the following specializations:
  • Performance Marketing & Analytics: From persona development, UTM tracking, consent management, CRM automation, reporting (dashboards, alert thresholds) to A/B testing and campaign management (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads).
  • Content, SEO & GEO: Search intent, keyword clusters, on-page fundamentals, content strategy, influencer marketing, and crisis communication.
  • AI-Driven Content Production: Guidance on using AI tools (text-to-image, script generation) and teaching hardware basics for video and audio production.
  • Social Media Management: Interpretation of ranking signals, platform nuances, meta-data optimization, and community management.
• Mentoring and providing technical support to participants during their final projects.
• Documenting attendance, lesson progress, and participant performance.
• Fostering a positive group dynamic in a purely online setting to ensure a pleasant learning and working environment for participants.
• Close virtual collaboration with our learning and career teams to ensure an engaging and practical training experience.

Your Skills

• Completed university degree or vocational training, plus several years of demonstrable teaching experience as a trainer/lecturer in the respective digital marketing and content topics.
• Excellent didactic and technical expertise in all specializations mentioned under "Your Responsibilities".
• Experience in remote teaching and a high digital affinity.
• Very good German and English language skills.
• High pedagogical competence, didactic skill, patience, and enthusiasm for working with people in further education.
