You Are
- 3 years full-cycle B2B sales experience in quota-driven roles
- A confident hunter: cold calling, pipeline building, deal closing
- Tech-curious and consultative; able to navigate complex buying centers
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
- Energetic, structured, resilient; thriving in fast-paced scale-ups
Compensation
- €70--80k OTE, open-ended contract, 40h/week (option for 32h), 30 vacation days
