Are you communicative and have you already gained initial experience in customer service / call center / customer service?

One of our clients, an established company in the debt collection industry in Bad Vilbel, is looking for active support in telephony.

Tasks

• First point of contact (m/f/d) for inbound calls
• Contacting customers by phone to clarify outstanding debts
• Forwarding to relevant departments
• Documentation and maintenance of customer records in the database
• Compliance with legal requirements and internal compliance guidelines

Profile

• Initial professional experience in customer service, customer support, or call center, or a similar function
• Knowledge of debt collection is not a must, but an advantage
• Strong communication skills and empathy
• Confident use of MS Office and modern CRM systems
• Fluent German

Perspectives

• Up to 4 days of home office
• Modern office in Bad Vilbel

• Mon - Fri until 4 p.m. / max. 6 p.m.
