Tasks
- Planning of international freight forwarding orders in daily business and ensuring the smooth processing of orders
- Interface to other departments
- Customer contact as well as expansion and optimization of existing customer business
- Creation of offers and contracts as well as processing of orders
- Handling of complaints
Profile
- Completed training as a freight forwarder (m/f/d) or comparable
- Professional experience in a similar position in the logistics environment
- Fluent English skills
- User knowledge of MS Office, ideally also Atlas / Dakosy
- Structured and organized way of working, combined with communication skills
