• As Head of Supplier Management Key Account & Supplier Acquisition, you will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of the department. In this role, you will also be responsible for the promotion, support, and coaching of employees.
• You will be responsible for the organizational and administrative planning, control, and optimization of workflows, and you will ensure the maintenance, optimization, and further development of process standards and system optimizations.
• Furthermore, you will be involved in daily operations and act as the contact person for key account suppliers in the Fuel/Vehicle Services sector.
• Your area of responsibility includes the coordination, information, networking, and development of key account suppliers for Fuel/Vehicle Services throughout the entire supplier lifecycle.
• You will be responsible for adhering to budget targets within your supplier portfolio. You will also serve as the interface between key account suppliers and DKV, and you will independently drive product and payment developments forward.
• You will analyze market trends and derive measures in coordination with the VP Fuel/Vehicle Services.
• Additionally, you will be responsible for the acquisition of smaller suppliers and will be an integral part of the country strategies.
• As the person responsible for meeting acquisition targets, you will continuously control and further develop acquisition processes.
• You will support cost and sales planning and be responsible for resource planning.
• You will lead projects or participate in them and support M&A activities, including post-merger integration.

Your Profile

• You have strong analytical skills – the ability to interpret large amounts of data/relationships and derive measures from them.
• You are characterized by high resilience, even in complex situations.
• You already have experience with leadership responsibility (preferably from the fuel card industry).
• You possess outstanding communication and negotiation skills, including in English.
• You are characterized by entrepreneurial thinking and the desire to further expand existing business relationships.
