Your Mission at Dlubal Software

As a civil engineer in technical support, you are the primary point of contact for our users in the Solution Engineering department. You will support our customers in resolving their technical support requests, offer valuable assistance, and share your knowledge through webinars and product demos. At the same time, your feedback will directly influence the further development of our products, actively contributing to the improvement of the software and the satisfaction of our users - true to the motto: "Enjoy Structural Analysis".

Your Profile

• You hold a degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Ideally, you already have experience as a Civil Engineer and are familiar with structural analysis according to Eurocode.
• You specialize in the field of Civil Engineering, for example in steel structures, reinforced concrete structures, timber structures, or structural dynamics.
• You have prior experience with FEA and frame analysis software, ideally with Dlubal software such as RFEM or RSTAB.
• You have excellent command of the Italian language, both written and spoken, and good knowledge of English (at least B2).

Your Tasks

• Become a Civil Engineering All-rounder: Your adventure begins with comprehensive training in Dlubal programs, followed by direct contact with our users in Solution Engineering. Whether via email or phone – you are always available to resolve technical inquiries about our programs and bring a smile to our customers' faces at the end of the day.
• Educational Presentations: You will also provide technical support, training, and presentations to our sales team to ensure an optimal customer experience. You will demonstrate our software at trade fairs, seminars, information, and sales events, representing our company, Dlubal Software.
• Link Between Application and Development: You are the interface between our customers/users and our product development. You gather valuable customer feedback, share it with product developers, and play an active role in shaping the software.
• Expand Our Dlubal Academy: By leveraging your expertise, our users can gain a deeper understanding of the software. Transform customer inquiries into valuable technical articles, FAQs, and product features.
