About the Position

We are looking for a dedicated specialist physician (m/f/d) with a focus on general medicine or internal medicine to strengthen a renowned Medical Care Center (MVZ) in the greater Munich area. The position is full-time (38.5 hours) or can be filled with flexible part-time models. This is a direct employment relationship with our client; Doc Personalberatung will support you confidentially throughout the entire application and contract process. Remuneration is paid in compliance with legal provisions and the Employee Secondment Act (AEntG).

Your Responsibilities

• Independent care and treatment of patients in an outpatient general and/or internal medicine practice
• Conducting diagnostics, therapy planning, and progress monitoring, including documentation
• Utilizing and contributing to digital solutions (practice software, patient app) to optimize treatment processes
• Participating in quality management and process optimization to support the team
• Communicating with colleagues, nursing staff, and external service providers, as well as making referrals and coordinating further measures
• Option to regularly provide telemedicine services from home (e.g., one day per week)

Your Profile

• Recognized specialist title for general medicine or internal medicine in Germany
• High commitment to patient-oriented care and interest in the further development of outpatient medical concepts
• Confident use of digital practice solutions and willingness to actively integrate new applications
• Good English skills are desirable
• Teamwork, sense of responsibility, and independent working style
