Senior Demand Generation Manager (f/m/x)

💼 What You'll Do

• 🧠 Design and execute demand gen campaigns across channels---email, paid search/social, events, and syndication---to grow pipeline.
• 🎯 Lead targeted ABM programs in partnership with Sales and SDRs to engage named accounts and verticals with tailored plays.
• 🤝 Align closely with Sales on ICP, funnel definitions, pipeline metrics, and feedback loops to ensure seamless handoff and attribution.
• 📊 Track and optimize campaign performance using data to refine messaging, targeting, and spend.
• ⚙️ Leverage AI-powered GTM tools (like Clay and Tofu) to enhance targeting, personalization, and buyer signal detection.
• ✍️ Collaborate on messaging with Product Marketing and Content to ensure campaigns address real buyer pain points.
• 💰 Own the demand gen budget, making data-informed investments that drive ROI.

✅ What You'll Bring

• 5--7 years of B2B demand generation experience, ideally in high-growth SaaS or tech
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling ABM programs
• Deep understanding of B2B funnels and sales-marketing alignment
• Strong analytical chops and experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, and GA
• Familiarity with AI-driven GTM tools
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Self-starter attitude with a passion for testing, learning, and growing
