What we expect from you?
- Independent strategic and operational support of an assigned portfolio
- Primary responsibility for building and expanding (long-term) business relationships with our existing customers through meaningful cross-selling and upselling measures
- Customer-specific conception and marketing of cross-media online marketing campaigns based on our diverse product portfolio
- Application of a solution selling approach for the greatest possible and, above all, individual customer benefit
- Interaction with B2B clients at GF and decision-maker level
- Securing a long-term, strategic partnership
- Dedicated product training for customers on-site
What do you bring to the table?
- Proven expertise in B2B Key Account Management with at least 5 years of professional experience at Key Account/Senior Sales level
- Proven success in revenue development of customers you have managed
- Maximum self-motivation and the ability to work independently and achieve goals
- Strong entrepreneurial thinking and action - you think like an entrepreneur
- Excellent service understanding and outstanding communication skills for building trust with key stakeholders
- Closing confidence and assertiveness
- Team player with fun, drive, enthusiasm, and reliability that colleagues and superiors can equally rely on
- Confident use of a CRM tool (ideally Salesforce) and very good knowledge of all MS Office programs
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
- Experience in the effective use of AI tools to increase productivity and problem-solving
