Our CEO is to be positioned as an exciting (health) tech pioneer, social entrepreneur, speaker, freedom fighter for cannabis and psilocybin, and a relevant voice in public debate. For this, we are looking for a strategically thinking, content-strong personality who holistically manages positioning, content, PR, and visibility -- with direct access to the CEO. You translate complex technological topics into clear messages, strong opinions, and relevant content.

Your Responsibilities: You will be holistically responsible for the strategic, content, and media positioning of our CEO -- from topic and opinion leadership to content and PR to public visibility on relevant channels.

• Development and implementation of the positioning strategy as CEO and individual, with openness to different formats, channels, and content
• Conception and implementation of innovative, experimental, and also disruptive content and entertainment formats
• Editorial responsibility for LinkedIn posts and opinion statements
• Classification of current (health) tech & AI topics into clear, relevant standpoints
• Development of thought leadership content on the website & social media
• Building media and speaker activities in coordination with the PR team
• Sparring partner for the CEO in public appearances and communication

What you bring:

• Several years of experience in CEO communication, PR, thought leadership, journalism, corporate communications, or strategy
• Very strong text and storytelling skills
• A good understanding of technology, e-health, telemedicine, AI, and innovation
• Strategic thinking, creativity, courage, high independence, and discretion
• Feel for timing, tonality, and public debates
