Your Role: Salesforce Developer (w/m/d)

We are seeking a full-time Salesforce Developer (minimum 35 hours/week) with the option for up to 100% remote work. Our self-organized, agile team works collaboratively on building an innovative cloud architecture.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and document technical concepts and flows for Salesforce application implementation, including selecting appropriate architectural approaches.
• Utilize test-driven Apex programming for efficient and maintainable business logic and extensions.
• Create Visualforce pages and Lightning Components for intuitive and high-performance user interfaces.
• Implement and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems for seamless data and process connectivity.
• Automate our development processes, especially in sandboxing, for efficient and reproducible workflows.
• Work agilely in a Kanban environment, actively participating in meetings, contributing ideas, and collaborating to overcome challenges.
• Prioritize Continuous Delivery and high test coverage for stable and maintainable solutions.
• Engage in continuous self-development within your self-organized team.

Your Profile:

• Solid experience in Salesforce software development, particularly with Sales Cloud, from development through rollout.
• Experience with other Salesforce clouds (Marketing, Service, Experience) is a plus.
• Enthusiasm for new technologies and data-driven decision-making (manual and AI-assisted).
• Independent programming skills and ability to navigate technical documentation.
• Ideally, sound IT security knowledge in Cloud Security.
• Independent, team-oriented individual valuing knowledge transfer and best practice sharing.
• Language skills: Minimum B1 German level and good English proficiency.
