The DSEV Consulting & Akademie GmbH is a specialized consulting and training company for data protection, information security, and digital compliance.

We support companies in a practical way with the implementation of regulatory requirements, from the GDPR to information security standards to the EU AI Regulation (AI-VO / AI Act). In addition, we offer our own management software as well as modern in-person, workshop, and e-learning formats.

Tasks

• Consulting clients on data protection (DSGVO, BDSG), information security, and AI governance according to the EU AI Regulation (AI-VO / AI Act)
• Support with the implementation, maintenance, and further development of management systems
• Technical support and content development of our management software
• Development, maintenance, and standardization of templates, policies, guidelines, and processes
• Conducting data protection impact assessments (DSFA), risk analyses, and AI risk assessments
• Conception, execution, and moderation of workshops and training courses for specialist departments and management
• Design and further development of e-learning courses (content, storyboards, technical concepts)
• Support with audits, reviews, and certifications

Qualification

• Professional experience in the field of data protection, information security, and/or AI regulation
• Very good knowledge of the GDPR, ideally initial experience with the AI-VO (AI Act) and ISO27001
• Structured, independent way of working and strong quality orientation
• Enjoyment of knowledge transfer, moderation, and didactic preparation of content
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
• Very good German language skills
