Here you can shine:
- Supporting the head chef in all organisational and operational tasks
- Active involvement in day-to-day operations
- Sharing responsibility for the development and realisation of sophisticated menus at a high culinary level
- Ensuring the highest quality standards in preparation, presentation and flavour
- Management, motivation and guidance of the kitchen team
- Coordination of work processes in the kitchen
- Responsibility for ordering, receiving and checking goods
- Ensuring and monitoring compliance with HACCP guidelines
Your Profile:
- Several years of professional experience in upscale gastronomy, ideally with gourmet experience
- Sound technical knowledge and a strong awareness of quality
- Organisational talent and a structured way of working
- Ability to work in a team and leadership skills
- Creativity, initiative and a passion for high-quality cuisine
