  • Supporting the head chef in all organisational and operational tasks
  • Active involvement in day-to-day operations
  • Sharing responsibility for the development and realisation of sophisticated menus at a high culinary level
  • Ensuring the highest quality standards in preparation, presentation and flavour
  • Management, motivation and guidance of the kitchen team
  • Coordination of work processes in the kitchen

Your Profile:

  • Several years of professional experience in upscale gastronomy, ideally with gourmet experience
  • Sound technical knowledge and a strong awareness of quality

  • Ability to work in a team and leadership skills
  • Creativity, initiative and a passion for high-quality cuisine
