Your Responsibilities
- Ongoing development and implementation of the corporate strategy
- Management, development, and digitalization of project portfolio management and the corresponding key performance indicator system
- Advising our specialist departments on the conception, structuring, and execution of improvement initiatives
- Leading strategic transformation projects and managing project teams
- Ensuring the goal-oriented implementation of projects in collaboration with those responsible, and the joint development of countermeasures
- Expanding central process management as a basis for continuous improvement at DUS Airport
- Creation of decision-making and management templates
- Conception and execution of internal training and dialogue formats
Your Profile
- Master's degree with an economic focus
- Several years of experience in consulting and project management, particularly in transformation projects
- Methodological focus in project management with additional qualifications (e.g., PMP, Prince 2)
- Initial experience in strategic portfolio or process management
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Interest in digitalization & future topics in aviation
- Analytical thinking, initiative, and strong communication skills
