Your Responsibilities

Support and consulting of our Microtech ERP customers regarding configuration, optimization, and usage
Implementation of interface integrations (e.g., Amazon, OTTO, EDIFACT)
Connection of CRM, DMS, and other third-party systems
Execution of data migrations from external systems into the Microtech system landscape
Installation and updating of ERP solutions -- remotely or directly at the customer's site
Independent handling of support cases (1st and 2nd level)
Analysis of requirements and creation of technical implementation proposals
Documentation, customer correspondence, and support during project phases

Your Profile

Completed apprenticeship, degree in IT/commercial field, or career changers with demonstrable ERP experience
Good understanding of business processes in purchasing, sales, warehouse/logistics
Experience with ERP systems, ideally Microtech
Confident handling of databases (MySQL, MSSQL)
Structured, solution-oriented mindset and high degree of personal responsibility
Good communication skills and customer-oriented demeanor
Enjoyment of analysis, consulting, and project work
Driver's license Class B
English skills are an advantage
