Your Role
For our Hamburg office, we are seeking a responsible tax enthusiast with expertise and passion to join our team as a Tax Specialist (m/f/d) in full-time. You will support us in confidently mastering tax challenges.

Your Profile
- Completed apprenticeship as a tax assistant with relevant further training (e.g., tax specialist) or successfully passed tax advisor examination. Alternatively: many years of professional experience in a tax firm or tax office with a focus on corporate taxation.
- Good knowledge of German tax law (corporate tax, trade tax, VAT, real estate transfer tax, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of international tax law and transfer pricing regulations is an advantage
- Knowledge in coordinating tax audits and communicating with tax authorities
- Proficient in common tax and accounting software as well as MS Office
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
- Analytical thinking, structured way of working, resilience, and willingness to familiarize yourself with complex issues
- Team spirit and a dynamic, hands-on mentality
Your Responsibilities
- Handling queries in national and international tax law
- Assisting in the preparation of tax returns and tax calculations for annual financial statements according to HGB (German Commercial Code)
- Preparation and maintenance of transfer pricing documentation (Local File, Master File)
- Analysis and tax assessment of intercompany transactions (national and cross-border)
- Coordination and support of tax audits and liaison with tax authorities
- Support with annual financial statement audits and tax aspects of M&A divestment transactions
- Monitoring and implementation of legal changes in tax law
- Close collaboration with internal departments (Accounting, Legal, Controlling)
