This Is Your Job

• You develop creative core ideas, campaign, and content formats for social media -- from quick ideas to big storylines.
• You write headlines, claims, post texts, and copy that get noticed, are fun, and effective.
• You conceptualize and write scripts for online content: Reels/TikTok, YouTube, Social Ads, Stories, Shorts -- including hooks, dramaturgy, and punchlines.
• You tell clear, concise stories for brands and strike the right tone for different target groups.
• You think platform-specifically: short, fast, snackable.
• You observe what's happening online, recognize trends, and translate them into relevant texts and formats for our clients.
• You present your ideas convincingly -- in the team and directly to our clients.

What You Bring:

• You love good ideas that people don't scroll past.
• You are strong in ideas, courageous, and creative, and can turn a thought into a clear story.
• You know TikTok, Instagram & Co. not just as a user, but understand mechanics, hooks, and trends -- and can put them into words precisely.
• You can build headlines that stick and write texts that sound like a brand (not like a template).
• A good feel for rhythm, punchlines, storytelling, and visual thinking.
• You enjoy working agilely: fast, uncomplicated, hands-on.
• You're keen to think creatively -- and transform your ideas into strong copy.
• If it serves the purpose, you have no problem being part of a format with your voice/presence (e.g., off-text, UGC-style).
