About Us
Our client is a modern company in residential construction with several locations in Germany. The company develops, plans, and realizes residential construction projects of various sizes, placing particular emphasis on quality, sustainability, and future-oriented construction methods. A dedicated team from various specialist areas works closely together, combining technical expertise with the ambition to realize innovative and sustainable solutions in residential construction.
Tasks
- You will take on the independent coordination and management of turnkey (healthy living) residential construction projects, which are realized either through individual contracts or with general contractors.
- You will accompany and shape projects from the planning and tendering phase through execution to handover to the (end) customer.
- You will lead the internal and external project team and ensure smooth collaboration.
- You will monitor processes in technical, economic, and temporal terms to ensure that all project goals are met.
- You will coordinate and communicate in a partnership-based manner with all stakeholders, including planning partners, executing companies, customers, and authorities.
Profile
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience in construction management, ideally in residential construction.
- You demonstrate a high level of commitment and possess the necessary motivation for demanding projects.
- You have sound knowledge of the generally recognized rules of technology.
- You are characterized by loyalty and reliability in collaboration.
- You bring teamwork skills and strong social competence.
- You have the will to develop further and are open to new challenges.
