About the Role

Our client in Kusterdingen is seeking a dedicated professional to join their team. This role focuses on the area of eBike Drive Units.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning, organization, and execution of complex validation and characterization programs in the development of eBike drive units (e.g. mechanics, sensors, NVH, motor).
• Coordination and alignment of topics with advanced development, system architects, and product development.
• Specification and development of new tests and comprehensive testing procedures based on product requirements.
• Setup, commissioning, further development, and maintenance of test benches and measurement technology.
• Automation of test benches, test sequences, evaluations, and reports.
• Analysis of test results and definition of improvement potentials.
