Team Leader (m/f/d) Inside Sales B2B

Building Supplies -- Düsseldorf

Do you want to actively ensure that goods flows, orders, and processes function reliably? In this position, you will combine analysis, organization, and teamwork — thereby ensuring smooth operations within the company.

Your Responsibilities

  • Leading the sales team at the Düsseldorf location for building supplies in the B2B sector

  • Professional and disciplinary leadership of four employees

  • Planning and implementation of sales campaigns and product presentations

  • Identification of new market potentials and maintenance of existing customer relationships

  • Close cooperation with adjacent departments

Your Profile

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship in the paint or building materials sector, or a craft apprenticeship as a painter and varnisher with a strong interest in sales

  • Several years of professional experience and sound industry knowledge

  • Leadership skills as well as analytical and sales strength

  • Communicative and strong negotiation personality

  • Responsible, customer-oriented way of working

  • Good MS Office skills, SAP knowledge is an advantage
