Your Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the development of the brand strategy and measures, as well as their implementation in collaboration with the cross-functional team
• Development and implementation of Omni-channel programs (OCE)
• Implementation of the Customer Plan through collaboration with Sales Management and other members of the cross-functional team, and execution of tactical measures
• Conception of external and internal analyses (market and competitor analyses)
• Evaluation and monitoring of customer-relevant marketing measures
• Collaboration with external agencies (PR, advertising agencies)
• Revenue and cost planning
• Cross-functional collaboration within the Brand Team and with IBU/global teams
• Close collaboration with opinion leaders
• Management of the Patient Support Program in collaboration with the PSP team and further development of patient outreach and materials

Your Profile:

• Completed degree in business administration (ideally with a focus on marketing) or natural sciences
• Minimum of 2-3 years of marketing experience in the Rx pharmaceutical sector; field service experience is an advantage
• Omnichannel engagement experience
• Ideally, knowledge in the field of neurology indication
• Know-how in the development and implementation of marketing strategy aspects
• Successful in project work
• Fluent in English
• Very good PC user skills
• Communicative and team-oriented
• Proactive, flexible, and resilient
