We are looking for you as:

Your Responsibilities

  • New Customer Acquisition: You actively identify and develop new B2B customers, markets, and sales channels.
  • Existing Customer Management & Growth: You maintain existing customer relationships and specifically develop their growth potential.
  • Presentation & Negotiation: You convincingly present our solutions and confidently conduct contract and price negotiations.
  • Customer Service & Satisfaction: You ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive support and regular exchange.
  • Teamwork & Collaboration: You work closely with internal teams and support important project initiatives.
  • Network Building: You build a resilient network through calls, meetings, and industry events.
  • Data Maintenance: You carefully maintain CRM and customer data, thus ensuring a reliable information basis.

Your Profile

  • Consulting Competence: You have experience with consulting-intensive services and products.
  • Customer Orientation: You convince with strong customer and service orientation as well as confident negotiation skills.
  • Cleanroom Experience: Experience in the cleanroom sector is desirable.
  • Proactivity: You approach tasks and challenges actively and solution-oriented.
  • Motivation: You are characterized by high self-motivation and strong identification with your job and the company.
  • Creativity: You develop new ideas to develop customers further and find individual solutions.
  • Communication: You possess very good communication and interaction skills with a consulting approach.
  • Analytical Skills: You can analyze complex business requirements and translate them into concrete measures.
  • Team Spirit: You enjoy working in a team and also bring a high degree of initiative.
  • Willingness to Travel: You are willing to travel 2-3 days a week.
  • IT Skills: You have sound MS Office skills.
