Your Responsibilities

  • New Customer Acquisition: You focus entirely on new B2B customers in your region.
  • Partnership Building: You present our sustainable textile solutions and convince with your personality.
  • Price Negotiation: You conduct contract and price negotiations confidently and purposefully.
  • Teamwork: You work closely with the inside sales team to successfully close deals.
  • Network Expansion: You build a strong network in the hotel and catering industry to acquire new customers.

Your Profile

  • Sales Passion/Hunting: You make initial contact by phone and acquire new customers in the field (no existing customer support) in your region.
  • Sales Experience: You ideally have experience as a Sales Manager (m/f/d), Sales Representative (m/f/d), or Account Manager (m/f/d). You also bring the right experience as a New Business Hunter (m/f/d).
  • Self-Organization: You work in a structured manner and are experienced in using CRM and digital tools.
  • Mobility: You have a driver's license class B and travel to customers personally.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the hotel or catering industry is a plus, but not a requirement.
