Your Responsibilities
- You will acquire new customers (no existing customer care) in the Ulm and Stuttgart region.
- You will present our sustainable textile solutions in field sales and develop genuine partnerships.
- You can handle administrative tasks and telephone acquisition from your home office 1-2 days a week.
- You are the first point of contact (m/f/d) from initial contact to contract signing, with support from internal sales.
- The success of your sales is in your hands, from building to expanding your personal network. Additionally, a 70% base salary and 30% variable component are motivating factors.
Your Profile
- You are enthusiastic about sales and new customer acquisition: you enjoy approaching new people and building relationships on an equal footing.
- You already have experience as a Sales Manager, Sales Representative, or Account Manager (m/f/d) in field sales.
- You possess a Class B driver's license, as you will be traveling in the region (Ulm and Stuttgart) in a company car.
- You speak German well and are proficient in using digital tools such as CRM (Microsoft Dynamics - nice to have) or MS Office.
