Stellenbeschreibung

B2B or EOR

100% Remote from Europe

We're supporting a fast-growing, product-led tech company (well-funded and nearing profitability) in hiring two Senior Full-Stack Product Engineers to join their core activation/product teams. These teams build high-impact, customer-facing tools used by global brands and AI-native startups.

This is a role for engineers who think beyond code for people who care about how a product feels, how users interact with it, and whether it truly solves their needs.

Core Tech Stack --- What You Must Be Strong In

  • React (advanced)
  • Node (advanced)
  • TypeScript

Additional Technologies You Will Work With (Nice-to-Have, Not Mandatory):

  • PostgreSQL, TimescaleDB
  • Redis
  • GRPC / REST
  • MobX
  • AWS
  • Occasional Python
  • Multiple codebases and services

The team values engineers who treat languages and libraries as tools, useful, but not sacred. If you are pragmatic, curious, and comfortable learning what's needed, you'll fit in perfectly.

What Really Defines This Role (Critical for Success)

1. Product-Focused Mindset

YouYou care deeply about:

  • How the final product looks, feels, and behaves
  • Whether the UX is intuitive and delightful
  • What the user experiences at every step
  • Building features that genuinely solve customer problems

You think beyond implementation --- you think in terms of user journeys and end-to-end outcomes.

2. Deep User Empathy

You naturally ask:

  • "Is this clear for the user?"
  • "Is this the simplest possible experience?"
  • "Does this create friction or confidence?"

This role is for someone who builds with the user in mind, not against them.

3. Flexible, Tool-Agnostic Engineer

You're strong in Node + React but comfortable moving across:

  • Different services
  • Different codebases
  • Different parts of the stack

You're not a "framework warrior."

You choose what works, not what matches your preference.

4. Ownership & Autonomy

You enjoy:

  • Taking initiative
  • Working independently
  • Solving problems end-to-end
  • Collaborating with product & design
  • Improving systems used in real production environments

What You'll Be Building

  • High-impact, customer-facing applications
  • Activation and data-experience tools used by global companies
  • Features with versioning, backwards-compatibility, and feature flags
  • User interfaces and flows that people actually enjoy using
  • Improvements across multiple services, not just one repo
  • Systems with real production traffic and high reliability expectations

Who Will Love This Role

  • Engineers who enjoy working closely with product & UX
  • People who want to create real customer value
  • Curious, open-minded technologists
  • Early adopters of new tools (including AI)
  • Engineers who thrive in flexible, low-hierarchy environments
  • People comfortable working with global teams (Europe, India, US)

Who won't enjoy it:

  • Very rigid or dogmatic engineers
  • Corporate-style developers who need strict structure
  • People who don't enjoy thinking about UX or customer experience
  • Passive individuals who rely heavily on direction

What's Offered

  • 🧾 B2B or EOR -- your choice
  • 🌍 Fully remote across Europe
  • 🕒 Flexible working hours
  • 📈 Growth paths toward Staff Engineer or Leadership
  • ✈️ Optional travel for team meetups
  • 🤝 High-quality engineering culture with strong technical leadership

Interview Process

  • Recruiter call
  • Technical conversation
  • 2--3h take-home assignment
  • Technical deep-dive conversation (feedback & improvements)
  • Team/manager conversation
  • Final CEO chat
