As our platform grows across Europe, we're looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to help us scale both our technology and our team. You'll be the go-to person for frontend best practices, actively mentoring and enabling others to grow around you, and contribute directly to a culture of inclusion, learning, and technical excellence.

What You'll Do

• Own and evolve our frontend architecture using Vue.js, TypeScript, and modern CSS techniques
• Mentor engineers across teams and contribute to a more collaborative, less siloed engineering culture
• Collaborate closely with backend, product, and design to build intuitive, maintainable interfaces
• Share knowledge through code reviews, pairing, and informal coaching
• Advocate for scalable, pragmatic solutions that balance quality with speed
• Help define and uphold engineering standards and documentation practices

Your Profile

Experience:

• Deep experience with Vue.js, TypeScript, and CSS in production environments
• Proven track record of mentoring, coaching, or leading engineers
• Solid understanding of component-based architecture and modern frontend tooling
• Familiarity with TailwindCSS and Node.js is a plus, but not required

Skills:

• Strong communication and collaboration skills---you're a natural connector
• Pragmatic and adaptable---you know when to dive deep and when to move fast
• Comfortable giving and receiving feedback, especially across different disciplines

Full compensation packages are based on interview outcome, candidate experience and qualifications.

Salary: €74.000 EUR - €90.000 EUR

Remote Model: Hybrid (Work from home or office spaces in Berlin/Hamburg. Potential to work from anywhere in Europe.)
