What You'll Do
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and TV (linear & streaming/CTV).
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies focused on business objectives such as ROAS and CR.
- Analyze campaign performance using GA4, attribution tools, and internal dashboards to drive strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with global teams on ad creatives, messaging, and budget allocation.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to ensure continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of platform changes, algorithm updates, and emerging trends in performance marketing.
Who We're Looking For
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in performance marketing, with direct budget management across paid search, social, and TV (linear or streaming/CTV).
- Fluency in English. German or French language skills are a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing analytics platforms like GA4 or Looker.
- A proactive and driven individual with a passion for making a difference.
- A highly analytical mindset with a strong understanding of numbers.
- An independent, self-reliant, and structured approach to work.
- A hands-on attitude, with the initiative to tackle challenges independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage openly with others.
- A commitment to continuous personal development.
- Previous experience in the DACH market is ideally desired.
