AI Developer Intern - Germany

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify needs and uncover opportunities for AI-driven solutions.
• Develop, deploy, and optimize AI applications by writing effective scripts and code.
• Create backend scripts utilizing GraphQL to support data-driven functionalities.
• Write and maintain code to accelerate development and streamline testing processes.
• Design AI workflows incorporating both single-agent and multi-agent architectures.
• Document your development work thoroughly to ensure clarity, transparency, and continuity for the team.
• Develop automated testing frameworks based on agent vision modules to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Design evaluation processes to maintain consistency and ensure production-quality standards are met.
• Work closely with our Solution and UX Architect to deliver intelligent, user-friendly experiences.

What We're Looking For:

• Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and self-directed individuals.
• Good understanding of key AI frameworks and ability to adapt them to business problems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A team player who excels in a collaborative environment.

Basic Qualifications:

• Junior or Senior standing by December 2025.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Pursuing a BS or MS degree in Computer Engineering, Data Science or related degrees.
• Experience with development frameworks like Vue.js, React and Node.js.
• Familiarity with the workings of LLMs, prompt engineering, context engineering and fine tuning.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Has completed at least one front-end project using Vue.js or React and is able to share a demonstration.
• Has completed at least one smart application project and is able to share a demonstration.
• Familiarity with cloud DevOps or/and MLOps or/and AIOps.

Where you will be:

This role is hybrid, requiring three days a week in-office at our HQ in Shakopee, MN, as specified in the job description. At Entrust, we have a distributed workforce.
