Operations Manager NOC - Netherlands (f/m/d)

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager (f/m/d) to lead our Network Operations Center (NOC) team based in the Netherlands.

This position follows a Hybrid work model, combining remote and in-office work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the Network Operations Center.
• Manage, mentor, and develop the NOC team.
• Ensure the stability, reliability, and performance of the network infrastructure.
• Develop, implement, and maintain operational procedures and policies.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve complex issues.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager, NOC Manager, or similar role.
• Strong technical background in network operations, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
