Your Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the planning and development of new and existing applications based on the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform with Java.
- You coordinate deployments of the applications in the AEM ecosystem in agreement with our partners.
- In agile teams, you work with methods like Kanban and SCRUM and write scalable, testable, and clean Java code for AEM components.
- You develop and design scalable AEM solutions for our E.ON grid community.
- You form the interface between middleware and front-end development and the central AEM platform team.
- Our agile setup allows you to contribute to areas beyond your core responsibilities where you see your strengths best, leading to self-determined and team-based consensus decisions.
Your Profile:
- You have extensive experience in AEM development (Java) and are motivated to become a true AEM expert.
- You have ideally proven in the past that you can successfully implement AEM in complex enterprise architectures of large companies.
- You have experience in the development and/or architecture of reusable AEM components for effective use in multi-tenant environments.
- You are familiar with the necessary tools and paradigms of modern web development (e.g., Git, CI/CD, SonarQube...).
- You have experience in integrating AEM with modern web development frameworks (e.g., Angular, React) or the motivation to learn this with us.
- You actively follow new technologies and trends, quickly learn new topics, and enjoy sharing your knowledge – in German and English-speaking teams.
- With your solutions, you contribute directly to the digital transformation of the energy industry.
