Senior IT Business Analyst (m/w/d)

In the Collection Finance team at EOS, you will shape the data and process landscapes for bookings, tariffs, billing, payment transactions, and payment agreements. Your focus will be on the structured analysis and modeling of processes and data. You will break down topics into epics, formulate user stories, develop technical concepts, and translate them into clear requirements for development. As the technical interface to the operational areas, you will contribute to making the operation of automated processes stable and future-proof. Responsibilities

• You will take on technical responsibility for central systems in the Collection Finance team and ensure that new requirements are stably integrated into ongoing operations.
• You will analyze and model end-to-end processes and data flows, identify optimization potential (e.g., automation, standardization), and derive viable solutions.
• You will manage technical requirements management: from structured requirement gathering through conception to evaluation and prioritization -- including breakdown into epics and formulation of user stories.
• Developing test concepts is also your responsibility. You will plan technical tests, define requirements for test automation, and thus ensure the quality and stability of the implemented solutions.
• You will translate technical and legal requirements into clear decision rules. You will ensure that these are correctly and comprehensibly reflected in the systems.
• You will work closely with IT, Operations, and other stakeholders, support the planning and implementation of complex configurations (e.g., customizing, data and channel control), and ensure smooth rollouts.

Profile

• You have a completed degree or a comparable qualification and relevant professional experience in requirements and/or project management.
• You master modern methods of business analysis / requirements engineering: process and data modeling, working with epics and user stories, and structured, comprehensible documentation.
• You have strong analytical and conceptual skills, structure complex issues, and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
• You take responsibility, make sound decisions, and quickly find your way around even in complex situations.
• You communicate appropriately and reliably -- both with business departments and with IT -- and enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams.
• Experience in migrating software systems is a plus.
• Very good German skills, both written and spoken, as well as good English skills complete your profile.
