At EP Power Minerals, we are not looking for a "pure number cruncher," but for an ambitious Controller (m/f/d) who wants to grow professionally, take on responsibility, and deliberately develop into a future leader.
Your Responsibilities:
As a (Junior-) Controller (m/f/d), you will work closely with management and specialist departments and gradually develop into a business partner:
- Provide management with sound business analyses, reports, and decision papers
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analyses
- Prepare and further develop KPIs, reports, and dashboards
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings
- Analyze cost, earnings, and investment developments
- Actively support the development of a modern controlling system
- Support the implementation and continuous development of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
- Participate in IT, digitalization, and automation projects within controlling
- Support sales strategies and market development through revenue, pricing, and cost analyses
- Collaborate closely with specialist departments and grow into a trusted business partner
- Prospectively take on project responsibility and initial leadership tasks
Your Profile
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field with a focus on Controlling / Finance
- 2--4 years of relevant professional experience in controlling
- Strong numerical skills combined with analytical and structured thinking
- High IT affinity and strong interest in digital solutions in controlling
- Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel
- Ideally experience with SAP (S/4HANA), reporting, or BI tools
- Basic knowledge of HGB / IFRS is an advantage
- Strong communication skills, initiative, and the desire to take responsibility and develop into a leadership role
- Very good German and English skills, written and spoken
